Yes, but it must be arranged through Quarterdeck.
If you want to extend, repeat, renew, or materially vary an Assignment with a Staff Member introduced by Quarterdeck, that must still go through Quarterdeck and remain subject to the applicable booking terms.
Does this include extra days or extra weeks?
Yes. This can include extending the current booking, adding extra days, repeating the same assignment later, renewing for another trip or period, or continuing with the same person in a new role or scope.
Can I arrange the extension directly with the Staff Member?
No. If Quarterdeck introduced the Staff Member, you must not move the Assignment off-platform or agree a direct continuation outside Quarterdeck unless Quarterdeck has agreed to that in writing.
Why does it still need to go through Quarterdeck?
Quarterdeck needs to confirm availability, suitability, pricing, booking status, and any updated assignment details. In some cases, the extension may be simple. In others, it may need to be treated as a new booking or a material variation to the existing one.
What if the scope changes as well?
If the dates, location, role, duration, or service level also change, Quarterdeck may treat that as either:
a variation to the existing Booking, if Quarterdeck agrees in writing
or a cancellation of the existing Booking and a new booking request
In summary
Yes, you can extend, renew, or repeat an assignment with the same Staff Member, but it must be arranged through Quarterdeck. You should not agree a direct continuation with the Staff Member outside Quarterdeck unless Quarterdeck has approved that in writing.
