No. There is no charge to submit a staff request through Quarterdeck unless Quarterdeck expressly states otherwise. A request is free to submit, whether you are asking for the best available match or requesting a specific Staff Member.
Submitting a request does not create a binding booking and does not guarantee availability. Quarterdeck may review your brief, ask for more information, and assess whether a suitable Staff Member is available before any booking is confirmed.
Payment is only required if you decide to proceed with a booking. In the usual booking flow, a 50% deposit of the Booking Price is required to secure the Booking, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the Start Date unless Quarterdeck agrees otherwise in writing. If the Start Date is within 30 days of Booking Confirmation, the full Booking Price may be due immediately.
In short, the request itself is free. You only pay once Quarterdeck confirms the booking and the required deposit or other amount due at that stage is payable.
