Payment timing depends on the length and structure of the Assignment.
For shorter bookings, payment is usually handled weekly in advance. For longer bookings, usually four consecutive weeks or more, payment may be handled monthly in advance. Quarterdeck will confirm the payment structure for the Booking in writing.
Short bookings
For shorter assignments, a deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the Booking, and the booked period is usually paid before the Assignment starts.
Consecutive weekly bookings
If the same Staff Member is booked for multiple consecutive weeks, payment is usually handled weekly in advance unless Quarterdeck agrees a different structure in writing. This means each upcoming booked period is normally paid before it begins.
Longer assignments
For longer bookings, usually four consecutive weeks or more, Quarterdeck may structure payment on a monthly basis. In those cases, payment is usually made monthly in advance, and the exact billing cycle will be confirmed in writing.
If the Assignment starts soon
If the Start Date falls within 30 days of Booking Confirmation, Quarterdeck may require full payment immediately or within a shorter period confirmed in writing.
Important point
A Booking is only secured once Quarterdeck confirms it in writing and the required payment due at that stage has been received.
