No. There is no restore, no grace period, and nothing support can do to bring a deleted account back. We say that plainly because it is the one thing worth knowing before you press the button rather than after.

When you confirm the deletion, your data is erased and your name and email address are replaced so that nothing left points back to you. That is what makes the deletion real rather than a flag on a stored record — and it is also exactly why it cannot be reversed. There is no archived copy to recover from, because keeping one would defeat the point.

The dialog shows you everything we hold and lets you download a copy first. If there is any chance you will want your details, certificates or work history later, take the download — it is yours to keep and costs nothing.

Deleting does not bar you from future courses or assignments. It means registering afresh and providing the details needed at that point — no work history on your account, no saved documents. You start from a blank slate.

We are sorry, and we mean it when we say there is no way back — telling you otherwise would be kinder for a day and false. What we can confirm is that the deletion completed, which the final confirmation email to your address already does.
