Step 1: We look at your CV, Personal Letter and listed Work Experience. Please make sure you update your profile to include relevant work experience, if you have any.
Step 2: If we believe you might live up to the requirements we will invite you to a VIDEO interview. It takes about 15 min to complete. You will record your answers.
Step 3: We look through your VIDEO interview, combined with your application (as in Step 1) and assess if we believe you will pass the academy you have applied to. Note: we only accept candidates we believe have a chance to pass academy. Since we try to offer work to everyone that pass academy we are counting on your success. QD is not making any profit from Academy - it's only a tool to add more competent persons to the team.
Step 4: If we approve you it's time to pay, and book flights. Once we have approved you the spot is guaranteed (as long as you pay in full).
