You pay the Academy fee in stages — it’s not required upfront in one payment. The schedule is:
10% deposit — due within 7 days of acceptance
30% — due 30 days after acceptance or 100 days before your course start date (whichever comes first)
60% (final payment) — due 70 days before your course start date
Payment methods:
Card payments (major debit/credit cards, subject to card fees)
Bank transfers (note: this is an exception if you cannot complete a card payment)

To pay:
Log in to Quarterdeck
Go to Profile → Registration details (your Academy registration)
Scroll to Payment required / Instalment Plan
Click the black PAY NOW button and complete payment
Important:
Your spot cannot be confirmed until your deposit is paid.
You can usually pay upcoming instalments early (as long as there’s an outstanding balance).
If you can’t see the “PAY NOW” button: Make sure you’re logged in and viewing the correct Academy registration (not a general profile page). Scroll down — it’s typically shown under Payment required. Try a different browser or device, or disable ad/script blockers
If it still doesn’t appear, contact QD Admin and include a screenshot of your Registration details (they can advise or assist)
