You do not usually need to pay the full Academy fee upfront. Quarterdeck Academy payments are normally split into instalments after your application has been accepted.
Academy payment schedule
20% deposit is due within 7 days of acceptance
40% is due 30 days after acceptance
40% final payment is due 100 days after acceptance
If your Course starts within 100 days of acceptance, the full Course fee must be paid within 7 days of acceptance.
Accepted payment methods
Quarterdeck accepts the following payment methods for Academy fees:
Debit or credit card
Bank transfer, where approved by Quarterdeck, for example if you are unable to complete a card payment

Log in to Quarterdeck
Go to Profile
Open Registration details for your Academy registration
Scroll to Payment required / Instalment Plan
Click PAY NOW and complete your payment
Important information about Academy payments
Your place is only secured once the payment due at that stage has been received.
You can usually pay future instalments early if there is still an outstanding balance on your booking.
If your Course is starting soon, full payment may be required within 7 days of acceptance.
If the PAY NOW button is missing
If you cannot see the PAY NOW button:
make sure you are logged in
make sure you are viewing the correct Academy registration, not just your main profile
scroll down to the Payment required section
try a different browser or device
disable ad blockers or script blockers and try again
If the button still does not appear, contact QD Admin and include a screenshot of your Registration details page so the team can help.
