If your Academy payment does not go through, try the following first:
retry the payment and complete any 3-D Secure or SCA verification step
check that your card number, billing name, billing address, expiry date, and security code are correct
confirm with your bank that the card is authorised for online payments and has sufficient funds or limit available
try a different debit or credit card
If you still cannot complete payment, contact Quarterdeck before the payment due date to ask about another payment option, such as bank transfer if available.
If the amount looks wrong
Start by checking the payment amount shown in your Quarterdeck account, invoice, or payment request. The total amount may include any clearly disclosed fees or charges that apply to your booking. Your bank may also apply exchange rate, foreign transaction, or currency conversion charges if you are paying in a different currency.
If the amount still looks incorrect, contact Quarterdeck and include:
your invoice number or booking reference
a screenshot of the payment page or charge
a short explanation of what looks wrong
