If a scheduled payment isn’t made on time, Quarterdeck may cancel your application with no refund. If you think you’ll miss a deadline, contact us before the due date to request an extension; if granted, we’ll confirm in writing.
If a payment fails:
Retry the payment (check 3-D Secure/SCA prompts).
Confirm billing name, address, and card limits with your bank.
Try a different card.
If you still can’t pay, reach out for an alternative (e.g., bank transfer) before the due date.
Thinking of cancelling instead of paying? Refunds depend on timing:
>100 days before your course: 90% refund of what you’ve paid to date
100–30 days before: 50% refund
<30 days: 0% refund
No refunds are available on or after the course start date.
