Academy payment plan:
Deposit: 10% of the course fee, due within 7 days of acceptance.
Second Payment: 30% of the course fee, due 30 days from acceptance OR 100 days before the start date (whichever comes first).
Final Payment: 60% of the course fee, due 70 days prior to the course start date.
Cancellation Terms
You have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of acceptance. During this time you may cancel and receive a full refund (minus any bank fees). This does not apply if the course is due to start within 28 days of acceptance.
If you cancel more than 100 days before the course start date, you will receive a 90% refund of payments made.
If you cancel between 90 and 30 days before, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel fewer than 30 days before, you will not receive a refund.
If you cancel after the course has started, no refund will be given.
Quarterdeck may cancel a course up to 28 days before the start date if registrations are too low. In this case you will receive a full refund of payments made, but Quarterdeck is not responsible for flights or other costs.
