It is common to look at an upcoming assignment and see a pay rate that doesn't match your current level. This is expected behaviour and nothing is wrong. NOTE: For assignments through charter companies QD apply a standard pay rate system based on amount of weeks worked, through QD. This does not apply to private charter assignments.
What's happening
When an assignment is accepted, the system records the pay rate based on your level at that moment. If you've completed more assignments since then and moved up a level, the upcoming assignment will still show the old rate until the assignment actually starts.
What happens automatically
When the assignment starts, the system re-syncs the pay rate to your current level. You'll be paid at the correct, up-to-date rate. You don't need to chase anyone or flag it. Should the system not update, please notify QD at info@quarterdeck.com
Example
You accepted a Croatia assignment in March, when you had completed 9 weeks (Base Rate, €600).
By June you've completed 12 weeks total, so you've moved up to Salty Rate (€750).
The Croatia assignment, which starts in July, may still display €600 in your account view. When the assignment begins, the system updates it to €750 automatically.
When to flag it
You should only contact QD if, after the assignment has started, the pay rate displayed is still wrong. If the assignment is still in the future, leave it alone, it will resolve itself.
