Because the Academy is subsidised, non profit, and run a €400 discount.
To balance that, we recover €400 across your first two paid weeks (€200 per week). During those two weeks your weekly pay is €400 (with the €200 repayment applied), and from week 3 onward it’s normal pay under the current pay scheme.
If you work fewer than two weeks, the remaining balance simply carries over to your next assignment. If you don’t plan to take another week, please reach out and we’ll discuss options.
