Season 2 (average ~8 weeks)
All weeks now at €600–750.

If Lead Skipper/Host: add €250 bonus per week → ~€7,400–€7,600.
Season 3 (average ~8 weeks)
Now moving into Salty (€750/week) and possibly Seasoned (€850/week) depending on number of weeks.
≈ €6,000–€6,400 total.
If Lead Skipper/Host: ≈ €8,000–€8,400.
Full season Manager roles (10 weeks)
Route Manager: €1,600/week → €16,000
Host Manager: €1,400/week → €14,000
