How much will I earn my first season?

Explains how much a first year skipper or host likely will earn, and how much they will earn coming seasons.

Season 1

Average season (6 weeks)

  • Weeks 1–2 (Rookie Rate): €400 + €400 = €800

  • Weeks 3–6: €600 × 4 = €2,400

  • Total ≈ €3,200

High season (8 weeks)

  • Weeks 1–2 (Rookie Rate): €400 + €400 = €800

  • Weeks 3–8: €600 × 6 = €3,600

  • Total ≈ €4,400

Season 2 (average ~8 weeks)

  • All weeks now at €600–750.

  • ≈ €5,400–€5,600 total.

If Lead Skipper/Host: add €250 bonus per week → ~€7,400–€7,600.

Season 3 (average ~8 weeks)

  • Now moving into Salty (€750/week) and possibly Seasoned (€850/week) depending on number of weeks.

  • ≈ €6,000–€6,400 total.

If Lead Skipper/Host: ≈ €8,000–€8,400.

Full season Manager roles (10 weeks)

  • Route Manager: €1,600/week → €16,000

  • Host Manager: €1,400/week → €14,000
