Yes. If you wish to change your Course or Course start date, you must notify Quarterdeck in writing by email as soon as possible. Changes are at Quarterdeck's discretion and depend on availability.
If the price of the alternative Course is higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's cheaper, no refund of the difference will be given. Quarterdeck reserves the right to charge any reasonable administrative costs directly incurred as a result of a requested change.
Important: a transfer does not reset the refund timeline
Any approved change to a Course or Course start date does not create a new booking. Your original Date of Acceptance and original Course start date will still be used for payment deadlines, cancellation rights, and refund entitlement.
If you prefer to withdraw
If you withdraw, you must notify Quarterdeck in writing by email. Cancellation and refund rights depend on timing.
Cooling-off period: Within 7 days of acceptance you may cancel and receive a full refund of all sums paid, provided that the Course start date is more than 28 days after acceptance. The cooling-off period does not apply if the Course is due to start within 28 days of acceptance.
After the cooling-off period, refunds are calculated based on the Course start date:
more than 120 days before the Course start date: 100% refund of the sums paid to date
101 to 120 days before the Course start date: 50% refund of the sums paid to date
61 to 100 days before the Course start date: 30% refund of the sums paid to date
60 days or fewer before the Course start date: 0% refund
No refund is available after the Course start date.
