Yes. If you wish to change your course week, you must email us in writing immediately. Changes are at Quarterdeck’s discretion and depend on availability. If the new week is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference; if it’s cheaper, no refund of the difference will be given.
If you prefer to withdraw, cancellation and refund rights depend on timing:
Within 7 days of acceptance (cooling-off period): full refund (minus bank fees)
More than 100 days before start: 90% refund
90–30 days before start: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before start: no refund
Once the course has started, no refunds are possible.
