The Culinary Academy fee is โฌ1,900, the same for both editions (Fort George land-based and yacht-based).
What's included
From Saturday morning onwards, the course is fully residential and the fee covers:
Accommodation for the course week (island accommodation at Fort George; shared cabin onboard the working yacht for the yacht-based edition)
All meals from Saturday breakfast through Friday's showcase brunch
Course tuition and instructor time
Use of the course kitchen and the equipment in it (most cooking equipment is provided onsite)
Provisioning for all course meals and exercises
Course materials and all feedback
Certificate on completion

Travel to and from the course location
Friday-night accommodation (you book your own; we send suggestions in your acceptance email)
Travel insurance (required, with medical cover)
Tourist visa where applicable
Personal kitchen tools (knives, side towels, workwear); see our kitchen tools article for what to bring
Optional excursions and any meals outside the course schedule
Any costs related to seasickness, illness, or pharmacy purchases
Friday accommodation
The course starts at 16:00 on Friday with a welcome briefing. You make your own way to the location and book your own accommodation for that first night. We send accommodation suggestions near the kitchen or yacht with your acceptance email.
Travel
Travel to and from the destination is your responsibility. The course is open to applicants arriving by flight, ferry, train, or car, depending on what is practical for your destination. Specific airport, ferry, and transfer details are sent with your acceptance email.
Post-course nights
The course officially ends 15:00 on Friday. You may sleep at your accommodation (or onboard, if the kitchen is on a yacht) on Friday night. Vacate by 09:00 on Saturday morning if you are continuing to stay onboard.
