Once you submit your application, our team reviews it as quickly as possible. If successful, you’ll receive a Confirmation Email, which officially secures your place on Academy. This email is also the date your contract with Quarterdeck begins.
Typical timelines:
Outside peak seasons, we aim to respond within 1–2 weeks.
During summer (Academy + Yacht Week operations), replies can take longer — sometimes several weeks — because our entire team is operationally focused.
September–October is our administrative high season; replies can also take longer than usual then.
We do our best to process applications quickly, but if you haven’t heard back within 4 weeks, please email info@quarterdeck.co with your full name and the course you applied for so we can check on your status.
