Where you work depends on demand, your availability, and your proven skillset.
The most common way to start your career is by completing a season in the Croatia or Greece. This gives us the chance to see your strengths in action and match you with the right type of charters going forward. Once we know your skillset, we can assess which assignments you are best suited for.
In some cases, you may be specifically requested by returning guests — if that happens, we will prioritize assigning you to their booking, even in destinations outside the Med. While it’s possible to work in multiple locations during your first year, the usual pathway is to complete 2–3 Mediterranean seasons before branching out into destinations further afield.
Please note that work permit requirements vary by country, and in some cases may be essential to qualify. An EU passport is required for those wishing to work on the Greece route.
