Read this carefully!
Option 1 (recommended):
Order all drinks on the table bill during dinner and settle it immediately after the meal. After that, switch to individual payments. It gets rowdy, and you will not be able to “control your bill” if you leave it open after dinner.
(This is the safest option once the singing starts.)
Option 2:
One person pays the full bill at the end of the night and divides it across the table. This works if you’re relaxed about the total. It could end up at €100-300 per person unless you order bottles of champagne… This is totally fine for anyone with deep pockets.
