Will I work for Yacht week or Quarter Deck?

All skippers and hosts work as individual contractors. Quarterdeck supplies staff to several companies but predominantly to Yacht Week.

The great majority of work offered to someone passing Academy is with Yacht Week. Quarterdeck is the exclusive provider of staff for Yacht Week.

You will be working for Yacht Week through Quarterdeck.

For experienced staff we offer other assignments with other yachting companies or private bookings. Typically not the first season when you're still learning.
